Madelyn G. Michelini

Madelyn represents employers, insurers, and businesses in civil litigation and is licensed to practice in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. Her defense practice encompasses workers’ compensation, insurance defense, construction litigation and construction defects, personal injury defense, premises liability, auto and trucking accidents, and employment litigation. Madelyn actively guides claims from the earliest stages of pre-suit investigation through all phases of litigation, providing strategic advocacy and helping clients resolve disputes efficiently while positioning each case for the strongest possible outcome.

Originally from Wisconsin, Madelyn earned her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and received her Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. She brings a strong background in employment and labor law, administrative hearings, workplace disputes, and civil defense litigation.

Outside of practicing law, Madelyn is an avid potter who enjoys spending time in the studio creating hand-built and wheel-thrown ceramics.
