Attorneys Eric Steinhoff and Michael Burke successfully defeated claims for breach of easement, trespass, and statutory violations of Wis. Stat. §§ 182.017(5) and 26.09. In dismissing the case with prejudice, the Douglas County (Wisconsin) Circuit Court Judge found that Plaintiff failed to put forth evidence that he owned to the center line of the roadway as opposed to the public right-of-way.
