Sean G. Kelly

Sean is an associate with Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A., where he represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including insurance defense, personal injury defense, construction law, property damage and business disputes.  He is admitted to practice in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and New York.

Prior to joining the firm, Sean served as a Judge Advocate on active duty in the United States Army where he practiced administrative law, criminal litigation, national security law, fiscal law, and general legal assistance. Sean gained extensive experience prosecuting felony offenses and providing operational advice to commanders while assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), and 4th Infantry Division at Fort Carson, Colorado. In addition to his role as an attorney, Sean was a senior rated parachutist and served as a jumpmaster for airborne operations.
