Natalie Lund, an attorney with Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A., focuses her practice on litigation, particularly in the areas of workers' compensation and insurance defense. She obtained her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. from the University of Saint Thomas School of Law. While in law school, Natalie received the Dean's Award in Bioethics and was an active member of the Women Law Student Association, the Criminal Law Association, and the Sports and Entertainment Law Association.
Natalie is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented clients in all phases of litigation. She has taken numerous depositions, obtained favorable results at administrative hearings, through settlement and motion practice, and prevailed at jury trials. The breadth of her experience allows Natalie to effectively advise her clients regarding their rights and obligations under the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation system.
