Matt Frantzen, an associate attorney with Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A., focuses his practice on litigation, including commercial litigation, medical malpractice, product liability, construction and personal injury.
Matt has broad experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice before Minnesota's state and federal courts. Matt's experience includes a defense verdict as first chair in a medical malpractice jury trial, second chair in a successful bench trial involving a law firm dissolution and shareholder dispute, and a successful defense in a wrongful death arbitration.
Before law school, Matt worked for Archer Daniels Midland Company merchandising and selling agricultural commodities to industrial bakers in the United States and to end users in Russia, South Africa, and Venezuela.
When not practicing law, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and son, hiking, backpacking, and running marathons. Matt also volunteers at the International Education Center as a tutor helping recent immigrants study for their citizenship test.
