Chris is an experienced litigator who specializes in the defense of product liability and toxic tort claims. He has represented and advised clients in cases involving a diverse number of products, including:
- Pharmaceutical manufacturer involved in the In re: Prempro Products Liability Litigation, MDL 1507;
- Manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of premium nutritional supplements;
- Manufacturer of custom-made vaccines, bacterins, and provider of diagnostic testing to the livestock industry; and
- Numerous manufacturers and suppliers of asbestos-containing products involved in personal injury and wrongful death actions in
Prior to joining Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A., Chris was a partner at a Minneapolis-based law firm where he specialized in the defense of product liability and toxic tort claims. Chris also has a background in criminal defense and family law.
