As a shareholder with Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A., Bill handles a variety of civil matters. He is an honors graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Minnesota. He handles professional liability matters, commercial and product liability litigation, employment law disputes and insurance coverage and insurance defense litigation.
In addition to his own trial practice, Bill oversees the majority of the firm's appellate matters and works with other firms on appeals. He has handled over 100 appeals before Minnesota's appellate courts and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He serves on the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association's amicus curiae committee and served on the governing council of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Appellate Practices Section for several years. Minnesota Law & Politics has recognized Bill as an appellate Super Lawyer each year since 2000, regularly including him in their list of top Minnesota appellate attorneys.
