Jason specializes in insurance defense, construction litigation, toxic tort and asbestos defense, and employment law.
He advises clients by developing an understandable theory of the case supported by facts - not by disputing the obvious. Jason values mediation, but continues to take appropriate and necessary cases to trial in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Jason has obtained defense verdicts on liability in cases ranging from complex products liability/wrongful death actions, motor vehicle accidents, and in Federal employment law matters.
